As Director of Marketing and Communications for Currier, Lane & Young, Olivia leads all aspects of listing and brand marketing, from strategy and positioning through execution across digital and print platforms. With nearly a decade of experience in real estate marketing, she brings a thoughtful, organized, and creative approach grounded in strong visual identity, clear messaging, and precise execution.
Since 2018, Olivia has built her career in real estate marketing through roles at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty and Compass, where she served as a Marketing Advisor, before managing marketing for a high-performing, Cambridge-based team of 22 agents for more than two years. As a licensed real estate professional, she brings a practical understanding of the transaction process that informs how listings are positioned, marketed, and presented.
Her experience spans comprehensive listing and brand marketing, including polished listing materials, refined presentations, and strategic market communications across digital and print platforms. She has overseen events, ongoing email marketing, social media strategy, supported brand partnerships, and guided public-facing marketing through periods of growth and transition, including acquisitions and full rebrands.
Olivia currently lives in Charlestown with her husband and their golden doodle, Charlie—properly named for their neighborhood. Outside of work, she’s often training for her next marathon, cooking for friends, or exploring Boston’s restaurant scene.
